Alexsandra started a travel blog in 2012 to house her photography and stories of solo travel. For several years, she produced an online magazine in which she shared her travel and wellness stories as well as photography. This magazine also published the work by many other contributors. Here to Explore Our World includes some of Alex’s writing from the publication.

In 2023, Alex began the long and on-and-off process of re-designing and updating the travel website. With a new name, Here to Explore Our World was launched in 2025 .
